A mirosit toată bucătăria a cuişoare
multă vreme (mmmm)!
PRĂJITURĂ CU MERE
Aluat:
- 2 ouă
- 100 g zahăr (brun)
- un praf de sare
- 125 g unt
- 220 g făină
- 1 plic praf de copt
- 6 linguri lapte
Plus:
- 2-3 mere mari

Autumn is a season rich in fruits. So why shouldn't we take advantage of that and make many fruit cakes? We don't even need to complicate our lives, many easy recipes for fruit cakes are the perfect way to end a family meal or just perfect with a cup of hot tea.
The recipe I share with you today was on the waiting list for such a long time. I can't understand how I kept postpone it, since it's so easy to make and very tasty. Laura Adamache, who's the author of the original recipe, calls it an Alpine tart. I call it simply apple cake, but don't think it's an ordinary cake, especially with my “secret” ingredient – ground cloves. I was looking for a flavor that would go perfectly with apples and smell like autumn and finally I laid my eyes on the cloves. My whole kitchen smelled of cloves for a long time (mmmm)!

Put the apple halves over the batter and press them a little, then powder them with icing sugar mixed with ground cloves.
