Astăzi mi-am încercat norocul cu nişte paste
de casă... primele mele paste făcute în casă. Reţeta este pur italiană, dintr-o
emisiune culinară pe care o urmăream acum câţiva ani, La Prova del Cuoco. Programul
nu mi-a mai permis să mă uit la fel de des cum o făceam înainte, dar am mai
prins câte ceva în vacanţa de iarnă. Am reţinut această reţetă şi i-am adăugat
un sos de ciuperci, aromat cu ierburi de Provence. Dacă nu sunteţi foarte
înfometaţi, din cantităţile de mai jos ies cam 3-4 porţii.

PAPPARDELLE DE
CASĂ CU SOS DE CIUPERCI ŞI SMÂNTÂNĂ
Paste:
- 180 g făină
- 2 ouă
Sos:
- 500 g ciuperci
- 2 cepe medii
- 400 ml smântână de gătit
- 1 linguriţă ierburi de Provence
- sare
- piper
- ulei de măsline
Le fierbem cam 10
minute (le verificăm după vreo 7-8 minute, ca să fim siguri că rămân al dente),
apoi le scurgem de apă şi le adăugăm în sosul preferat.
Tocăm mărunt ceapa şi o călim într-o tigaie
(eu am folosit un wok) cu puţin ulei de măsline (1-2 linguri).
Adăugăm apoi ciupercile, amestecăm, mai punem
puţin ulei de măsline (cam 1 lingură) şi acoperim cu un capac.
După câteva minute, când ciupercile au început
să se pătrundă, adăugăm piper (după gust) şi ierburile de Provence.
Adăugăm puţină sare, amestecăm bine şi stingem
focul.

Today I made my first homemade pasta. The recipe is purely Italian, from a culinary show I used to watch some years ago, La Prova del Cuoco, My working schedule didn't allow me lately to watch it as often as I used to, but I caught something during my winter holiday. I memorized this recipe and made for it a mushroom sauce, flavored with Herbs de Provence. If you are not too hungry, the quantities will be enough for 3-4 servings.******************************************************************************************************

HOMEMADE PAPPARDELLE
WITH MUSHROOM AND CREAM SAUCE
Pasta:
- 180 g flour
- 2 eggs
Sauce:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 medium onions
- 400 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
We sift the flour onto our worktop and make a whole in the middle, where we add the two eggs.
We mix with a fork, then knead for a few minutes until we obtain a homogeneous dough.
We sprinkle our worktop with flour and roll the dough into a thin sheet (about 2 mm).
We roll the dough sheet and cut it in large strips, about 2-3 cm.
We spread the strips and put them aside.
We boil some water with salt and when it starts bubbling we add in the pasta.
We boil the pasta for about 10 minutes (we check it after 7-8 minutes, to make sure it will be al dente), then drain it and add it in our favorite sauce.
For the mushroom sauce, we wash the mushrooms and slice them.
We finely chop the onions and fry them in a pan (I used a wok) with olive oil (1-2 tablespoons).
We add in the mushrooms, stir, add some more olive oil (1 tablespoon) and cover the pan with a lid.
