Concurs aniversar at e. / at e. anniversary contest

Bine am revenit din vacanţă şi bine v-am regăsit pe blog!

Am avut o vacanţă minunată, am trăit o experienţă deosebită din atâtea puncte de vedere (spiritual, cultural, social, culinar) şi m-am întors hotărâtă să fac mai multe schimbări mari în viaţa mea. Dar mai multe am să vă povestesc cu altă ocazie.

Să revin acum la blogul meu drag şi la voi, cititorii mei. V-am cam neglijat în ultima vreme şi nu am mai postat nimic de aproape o lună, deşi multe reţete îşi aşteaptă rândul. O sa încerc să recuperez în următoarele săptămâni şi să jonglez cu postările şi noile reţete la care m-am tot gândit în ultima vreme.

Până atunci vreau să fac un anunţ important: at e. va împlini curând un anişor! Şi ca evenimentul să nu treacă neobservat (vreau să pregătesc şi un tortuleţ drăguţ, dar asta e altă poveste), vreau să fac un mic concurs pentru voi, cei care îmi urmăriţi aventura culinară. Tot ce trebuie să faceţi este să lăsaţi un comentariu la această postare, până pe 13 iulie, în care să menţionaţi:

• numele
• oraşul şi ţara în care locuiţi
• reţeta de pe blog care vă place cel mai mult (sau un top 3 dacă vă e greu să vă hotărâţi) şi, opţional, să vă motivaţi alegerea.

De asemenea, orice sfat/recomandare/critică/urare este binevenit/ă.

Din comentariile pe care le voi primi, voi alege 3 (sau mai multe, dacă mă inspiraţi), pe care le voi premia astfel:

• o prăjitură (reţeta o putem stabili de comun acord) – pentru cei din Bucureşti (livrarea va fi personală)
• o cutie cu fursecuri – pentru cei din afara Bucureştiului (inclusiv din străinătate).

Totul va fi homemade, bineînţeles.

Voi anunţa câştigătorii pe 14 sau 15 iulie şi voi lua legătura cu ei în privat pentru a stabili livrarea premiilor.

UPDATE: Speram să fie tentantă “oferta” mea pentru mai mulţi dintre voi. De data asta n-a fost să fie. Eu însă voi continua cu acest proiect, pentru că ţin mult la el, şi sper să vă trezesc interesul şi apetitul :)

Welcome back from my holiday and good to see you again!

I had a wonderful vacation, I had a profound experience on many levels (spiritual, cultural, social, culinary) and I came back decided to make some big changes in my life. But I will tell you more some other time.

Now I want to come back to my dear blog and to you, my followers. I neglected you lately and haven’t posted anything for almost a month, although many recipes wait for their turn. I’ll try to make amends the following weeks and juggle with posting and preparing new recipes I have in mind.

Until then, I want to make an important announcement: at e. will soon celebrate its first year! And so, because I don’t want to have this event unnoticed (I want to make a nice cake for it, but this is another story), I want to open a little contest for you, those following my culinary adventure. All you have to do is to leave a comment at the end of this post, until July 13, and mention:

• your name
• your town and country
• the recipe you love most from my blog (or a top 3 if you can’t decide) and, optional, to justify your choice.

Also, any advice/recommendation/critic/wishing is most welcome.

From the comments I’ll receive, I will choose 3 (or more if you inspire me), which will be rewarded with:

• a cake (we can choose the recipe together) – for those living in Bucharest (with personal delivery)
• a box with cookies – for those living outside of Bucharest (including abroad).

Everything will be homemade, of course.

I will announce the winners on July 14 or 15 and contact them in private in order to talk about the delivery of the sweets.

UPDATE: I had hoped that my “offer” would be tempting enough for many of you. It wasn’t so this time. I will continue, however, with this project, which is very dear to my heart, and I hope I will conquer your interest and appetite :)
